Our produce is packed in two modern, and well-maintained, high-care packing facilities located in the Midvaal area. 

Our main packhouse spans over 5300m2 – this is where the majority of our products are packed, including leafy and ready-to-eat salads, vegetable lines, pre-pack lines and herbs.  

The second packhouse spans over 1200m2, and is specially designed for the processing and packing of lines such as spring onions, peeled carrots, radishes, and leeks.

Both our packing facilities have substantial production capacity and the latest equipment, including a multi-head weigher, salad bagging machines, tray sealers, salad spinners, etc..  This ensures that even the largest orders can be accommodated easily.  On average, more than 300 different lines are packed here daily. 

During our busiest months, such as December, more than 150 tons of raw materials are processed and packaged per week into final products that consumers across the country can enjoy.

Our comprehensive risk management systems ensure that we will be able to process, pack and complete orders even if unforeseen issues, e.g. power outages, arise.
Furthermore, planning is currently underway for a third packing facility. This creates exciting new possibilities for the future.
